I kegged my first brew a while ago, but it took me a while to get these pictures up. I think this beer was a hit and a miss. It's drinkable, but I don't think the final gravity ever got low enough. It's a little on the sweet side.

Hooked up to the kegerator successfully. Since this picture was taken, I've changed my beer line to 10 feet.

That really looks like a wheat beer, which I don't see as tasting very good considering you started out with what was hopefully an ale. Still, looks like you've got a solid seput and a good idea of how to improve the product.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kyle. I think I made some mistakes on this one but was somewhat limited by the recipe. There isn't a lot of hop flavor. My next recipe will use a bit more.
